American & German Veterans

Dear World War Two veteran, dear World War Two veteran’s relatives ! About sharing 1940-1945 material with these peoples wich are interested in this critical period of our past ? Why letting intresting papers and material collect dust in the attic ?
What we need is photos (can be 600 DPI scans and it doesn’t need to be the originals but it’s always better with originals). The website needs combats experiences, storries, after action reports and all intresting papers ranging from the Kasserine Pass to the Elbe meeting in Torgau in 1945.
Personaly I am one US Army Helmet collector (all the Metalic shells from 1916-1980). Should you have one for me just drop me an email to makes things clear.
Thanks for reading.

My father was a member of the “Ghost Army”, which is no longer secret.
Information was released in 1996. He is 90yrs. old and doesn’t remember much now. No wonder, those quys in the 23rd kept a secret for 50 yrs. !!!! I do remeber some stories he told when he was younger and have some pics.

Hello
Of course this would be a great idea to share documents, images and experiences on our website.
This will turn our website into your website, and allow many visitors to find valuable informations on World War Two.
Thank you
Gunter
